INCONVENIENCE FELT AT NATIONAL HANDLOOM – 6 (VADAJ, AHMEDABAD) It is appreciated that, there is a provision at NH – 6 for depositing customer’s bags before entering in the Handloom for purchasing items. Unfortunately, helmets are being refused to collect at counter along with bags even after requested by customer. This is causing highly inconvenience to customer while carrying out purchasing with family and small kids. Whereas other mall like Reliance is taking full care of customer’s convenience. I visited National Handloom – 6 (Himalaya Mall Building) Vadaj, Ahmedabad on 03 Mar 15 along with my family vide Memo No. HM6/[protected] and felt inconvenience during purchasing with holding such helmets. I requested to manager on the day, but he could not facilitate me to keep my helmets for the time being. I understand, customer satisfaction is first in your key result area. It is therefore requested to do needfull and make prevision to facilitate customer for depositing helmets also. Thanking you in anticipation. RS Chauhan, Ahmedabad.

To the National Handloom Ranip Manager- Kindly kick out or fire the lady standing on the first floor at sandles counter. I have a video of her misbehavior which I'll be circulating all around the corner. Miss. SAVITRI ( who in the name of karwachuth) gives reasons not to work.

A guy named GUDDU is equally faulty who didn't served us well. Very disappointing and the most vulger behaviour of this lady MISS. Savitri @National Handloom Ranip
I go to national hendloom one day with my family and my small daughte running and go out at mall Ifollow my daughter but some hendloom staff person very rudely talking to me
Realy very third class staff at national hendloom at vadaj branch

I reached national handloom law garden to purchase a trouser when I reached nobody was listening when you are not calling two to three times, and talked ruddly and have no manners how to talk customers and after that there is a floor in charge who identify himself as a manager.

We have seen so many times that it happened regularly.
