INCONVENIENCE FELT AT NATIONAL HANDLOOM – 6 (VADAJ, AHMEDABAD) It is appreciated that, there is a provision at NH – 6 for depositing customer’s bags before entering in the Handloom for purchasing items. Unfortunately, helmets are being refused to collect at counter along with bags even after requested by customer. This is causing highly inconvenience to customer while carrying out purchasing with family and small kids. Whereas other mall like Reliance is taking full care of customer’s convenience. I visited National Handloom – 6 (Himalaya Mall Building) Vadaj, Ahmedabad on 03 Mar 15 along with my family vide Memo No. HM6/[protected] and felt inconvenience during purchasing with holding such helmets. I requested to manager on the day, but he could not facilitate me to keep my helmets for the time being. I understand, customer satisfaction is first in your key result area. It is therefore requested to do needfull and make prevision to facilitate customer for depositing helmets also. Thanking you in anticipation. RS Chauhan, Ahmedabad. I reached national handloom law garden to purchase a trouser when I reached nobody was listening when you are not calling two to three times, and talked ruddly and have no manners how to talk customers and after that there is a floor in charge who identify himself as a manager.
