My natures basket order no. Ord1958593 was not delivered. I did not receive a single item in this order since 7th april 2020. They are neither processing full refund nor responding to my calls and emails. I tried calling their customer care since past 12 days but they did not pick up my calls. I sent multiple emails to their customer service but i did not receive a single response till date. Without ordering a single item, they close the order as delivered in their portal which is highly unethical business.
Its not about the money but about the way they do their online business. I will go to consumer court and file a case against this company as i see many customers like me suffering from their bad service. Was this information helpful? |
