Naukripro.com- Great Support from the Team
On my put complaint the the back end team took a notice of the same and got in contact with me.
Firstly they tried to support me for all possible way to resolve my issue.
The team then took my case as an immediate refund case as they said they would not like to linger any client as they said that my profile was not so vibrant in market and my experince in my field does not give me much choice of job availability.
Also, they quoted that there is no refund policy as mentioned in there disclaimer but after requesting them my scenario they were very patient to understand my situation and they have processed my refund.
While i write this reivew i have already received the amount as refund with regular cordination from Naukripro team. I finally understood that it was a fault of nobody just the market scenario made this scene wherein out of frustration i put up the complaint and Naukripro team addressed that.
Now, i no more have doubts on them as they helped me out completly.
I wish the team all best and would heartedly say thank you for resolving my issue.

I am writing is blog to highlight fraudulent behaviour www.naukripro.com .
“First and important information is they are not part of www.naukri.com and they pretend so.”
Last month I updated my profile on naukri.com with couple of overseas locations as preferred location option, immediately next day I got call from naukripro agent (Sudhakar Goswami [protected]@naukripro.com, Sudhakar Goswami, Team Leader ( Operation), Mobile:- +91-[protected], Office :- +[protected], Website :- www.naukripro.com),
He pretended that he is from Naukri.com and started to discuss about my profile and preferred options and mentioned that they have lots of openings at that location. Normally I don’t entertain such calls but this time I thought it’s from naukri.com so let’s give a go. Sudhakar told me that they will appoint me a relationship officer and which will keep in touch with me regularly and coordinate with different recruiters on my behalf to save my time and keep me updated on same. In addition to this they will rewrite my profile as per country requirement to make sure maximum success rate.
For all this they charged me Rs. 7000 as fees and they appointed relationship officer (Pankaj Bartwal, [protected]@naukripro.com, Relationship Manager, Contact:- (O[protected], Mob - [protected]). This guy never called or contacted me. Whenever I tried to call either he disconnected call or said some issue with his cell. This guy is dumb fellow and even can’t speak English.
I never received any re-written profile or any sensible opportunity from them. Every time they promised to resolved issue in 48 hours but it never happened.
In short this (www.naukripro.com) is fraud service just to make you fool and nothing to do with recruitment.
So please refrain from joining their service and inform your friends as well to be cautious.

NaukariPro is a fraudulent company. The customer care number on their website is not longer working. The people who contacted me to see their overseas package and relationship manager no longer take my calls. There is no mention of Director / other Management in their website, which again indicates they just interested in selling you their package with lot of false promises and then once you pay the money you are forgotten completely they dont even let you contact them. The phone number mentioned in their webside no longer works. All this is a pointer that they are a fraudulent scamsters .
Before i took their services. I started receiving call 4 times a day everyday for a month and NaukriPro marketing team was able to sell me their Overseas package to me in about 8999/-. I made the payment online.
Though their marketing is very aggressive, the service they provide is nearly lousy. I am a DBA and after i took the package for over a month i just got one email from them regarding job opening in Singapore, that to with a wrong technology so their Relationship manager does not even understand difference in Technologies (Oracle Vs. SQL or MSSQL Vs MySQL etc)
at this point i want to get a refund of my money but i am not able to contact them in any way. Their company phone, relationship manager and marketing people all vanished.
Before i took their services. I started receiving call 4 times a day everyday for a month and NaukriPro marketing team was able to sell me their Overseas package to me in about 8999/-. I made the payment online.

I have been also contacted by Shishir Bhardwaj from Naukripro, and after I made the payment of 5000 another person named Pankaj Bartwal contacted me as the relationship manager. To help me spruce up my cv and also promise to help in getting interview calls from reputed organisations in support of my desired career moves.
Till date I have been trying to reach them on the phone numbers given and even mailed to call me back... But every time failing to get a response. They have called 100 times before I transferred the money via neft... Now there is no sign of these fraudsters... Beware.

Hi, my name is Srikanth i am register with naukripro.com for job related services but they are cheated me, this company is fraud Hi Friends,
Don't trust with this naukaripro.com. today i have been cheated from one of your employee the contact number is [protected].
I got a call from her yesterday by saying that there is immediate openings in Bharti Airtel for that i need to pay a registration fee of 2175 to arrange interview call & mentioned that it will be one time payment for a life time.
With that i have done the payment of Rs. 2175 today. After making the payment i got a another call & asking me to pay Rs. 7500 for document verification which is not disclosed by above said madam before paying the registration pay of Rs.2175.
Still i haven't get my money refund.
