Naveen Sharma — Unethical behaviour

I visited at nokia customer care R30/31, 2nd Floor, shakarpur main, vikas marg, delhi-110092 on 17th july 2015 as i encountered few problems in my mobile(nokia xl dual sim) such as phone hang, some applications shut down itself, microphone not working properly, calling sensor also not working properly. Customer care representative checked the sensor then and she also encountered the same problem with mobile. As my phone was not in warranty so i was asked to pay Rs 114 to get the phone checked from the engineer and Rs 314 to update its software, i was agreed to pay the said amount, but the engineer refused to check the phone, said if he will check the phone then its microphone will not work again and told me that as updation will be done through the system and there will be 50% chance of getting phone dead. I asked the reason why, they just said it happens and its rule and refuse to give all this in written on a paper.Through this complaint i just want to enlighten you about the unethical behaviour of the representative in nokia service center. This kind of behaviour seriously affect the customers trust in nokia, that may lead to develop bad image. I request you to take suitable step regarding this..
