My subcription to NavGujaratSamay newspaper ended on 14th Sept 2014. Before that my family and I were approached by several people from the group asking if I wanted to renew the subscription. Each time we declined and told specifically not to renew. Inspite of that we got receipts from different middlemen that our subcription was renewed. So I sent an email to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com conveying my decision of not renewing.
After 14th September the calls for renewing the subscription kept coming in, asking for reasons. Inspite of answering the calls do not stop. In fact on 23rd September I got 2 calls in the span of 10 mins and today, on 24th Sept 2014, I got 5 calls within 10 mins.
These folks seem to have got desperate about losing customer(s) and are using too aggressive marketing techniques to get it back.
I am totally annoyed that I have to go through all this when I live in a country which is free and every citizen is allowed to make their own choices.
Would request a necessary against the navgujaratsamay (timesgroup) and the persons responsible for subscription, so they dont harass more people like me.
