Need4shop — Issue: company not cooperating with customer for the return of goods

I have bought 2 sets of 6 shorts brand name is puma of rs.1296 (Order no 32707 & 35613). They delivered fake product and now they are not ready to return. I have already raised return request but no one responded yet. I have tried to contact them but the number they have mentioned (I. E. [protected]) is fake as the company.
