I submitted a return request. I got an automated mail and then no further contact. No pickup and still no response from their end even though i tried mailing them tens of times. They have worst customer support. Their contact number is not working. I am still having the product with me but has no use. Poor quality and material. Fake product. Please do something about it....

Need4shop — need4shop is a fraud company... Wrong product delivered and no one responding (Order id 76084)
I have sent first complain on 26 may 2017 through e-mail to [protected]@need4shop.com but there is no action on my complained.
And second complain on 06 june 2017 on e-mail but no action on my complained.
Till today no e-mail no phone and also no exchange....

I requested this fraud company several time to take back following order and give me a bigger size but these cheaters are into some scam. If you submit return request then a automated email comes which also gives a number to call but the number is not reachable. It seems some fraud person has made a website and advertise products to loot money from people. I doubt they have any physical office.

They delievered a very inferior quality product with small size. Payment of rs 648 was made in cash.

I filled up the product complaint form on their website to whose reply i received a mail stating :

The organization seems to be fake and cheater, on ordering T shirts, lousy products weer sent to me and on refund requests no one is responding.

I have sent several mails to them requesting return and refund but all in vein and I am request you to initiate the legal actions against such fake and cheater organizations.

Please don't buy anything from such cheater company...

I had ordered for size xxl instead they have delivered xl which is not suitable for me
Please change the size and hand over the size which was ordered

It will be a complete waste if I won't be replaced with xxl
