Need4shop — Not complying to return policy

I ordered the following product on need4shop.com. The product was fake, wrong in size & of very inferior quality.

I raised the return request on the same day it is delivered to me. But i didn't get any response from need4shop.com.

I received a mail that they will arrange a pick up in 7-8 days but no one has turned up yet.

There is no contact information on the website except a e - mail id which gives no response to the mail.
