Neeraj Kumar — Problem in I-Float Ceiling Fan Orient Make, covers under warranty

I have registered complaint many times regarding my I-FLOAT ceiling fan, an engineer visited on 06.09.2022 & found PIB/PCB faulty, he remove the fan & kept it on floor, he said i will be right back with faulty part but he don't come back, we tried to customer care & service center numbers many times, still no resolution,

we can say that FAN is a lifeline in such type of humid weather condition, we are suffering from last 15 days but no solution, kindly look into it & arrange the solution on urgent basis,
