Neeraj Kumar — non delivery of pan card

Dear sir,
My pan card dispatched by nsdl on 27/04/2018 vide consignment no. N-[protected]. And expected date of delivery was 07/05/2018. When i check the status of my card on line from your site. The status shown as pan card delivered on 08/05/2018 at 11.00 hrs. And name of recipient shown neeraj. While i have not received the pan card. Some one advised me that you will go to first flight courier office at chawla colony, ballbagarh (Faridabad) 121004 and collect the your pan card from the said office. How you are wrong update the status the delivery report.
Please do the necessary action against that person. Consignment no. N-[protected].
