Neeraj Vashishtha — mobile not received and payment to refund to me

I have booked realme 2pro mobile phone worth 13500 rs on breezedeals.com and paid online payment through citibank credit card to them.. Order was placed on 21th december 2018 and on 25th december 2018 breezedeal cancelled my order from there end... And when i asked them for refund they replied within 5 working days you will receive your money... But it's been above 6days still they didn't pay me... And also i called them lot of the time but they never pay me and they do not pick my call. Please help me out... Also i'm sharing my order details screen shot... Please help me out...
