Dear Sir I booked a ticket for journey from Pune to Mumbai (Imagica) on 22.06.2015, with a faith that Red Bus & Neeta are fully authentic. But instead of Merc Multiaxle 2*2 volvo, there was a[protected] model Tavera. I was with my newly married wife and sister-in-law. And we were given 1 seat on the front and 2 in the last.
