[Resolved]  Neeta Travels — Reservation Seat Problem

I had booked 2 tickets of Neeta bus on 23rd November 2014 via Goibibo.com for Lonavala to Mumbai, Ticket Booking ID: GOBUS[protected]. The bus was from Pune and my boarding point was from Lonavala. The conductor alloted the seat to non reservation person and they alloted me the last seat of the bus. If there is no rules and regulations then why Neeta do reservation? If they do reservation then why the operator allot the seat to non reservation person, if we ask for the reserved seat the conductor say us to talk with the travelling person. Many other people face the same problem. I want solution for this problem. I had suffered with the same problem 1 Month ago, But this time I had suffered a lot. Please solve it ASAP.
