I am writing to raise a formal complaint against NeoGrowth regarding a loan-related issue. I took a loan from NeoGrowth on dated 28th Jan ’23 with loan application number 1215594. Since then, I have encountered a series of problems:
1. Misleading Information: The loan application process involved misleading practices. The salesperson provided incomplete and inaccurate information about the loan terms, interest rates, and repayment conditions.
2. Lack of Transparency: NeoGrowth's communication has lacked transparency. I received contradictory information regarding the loan repayment terms, making it difficult to understand my obligations.
3. Harassment and Threats: I have experienced harassment and threats from NeoGrowth's collection team. They have repeatedly contacted me, making threats of legal action without providing adequate solutions to address my concerns.
4. Loan Agreement Discrepancies: There are discrepancies in the loan agreement documents, including cut and edit marks, and mismatched signatures. I have requested an explanation for these issues, but NeoGrowth has not provided a satisfactory response.
5. Lack of Empathy: Throughout this process, NeoGrowth has demonstrated a lack of empathy and a failure to address my concerns in a timely and professional manner.
I have attempted to resolve these issues by communicating with NeoGrowth through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings. However, I have not received a concrete solution or adequate assistance.
I am seeking a fair resolution to these problems, clarification on the loan agreement discrepancies, and a reasonable adjustment to the loan terms that will allow me to repay the loan without undue financial stress.
Please investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a prompt and satisfactory resolution. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this ongoing issue.
