According to our contract, it was stated that the security deposit would be returned to me within 7-15 days, as the owner is obligated to return the security deposit to Nestaway within 7 working days. Regrettably, it has now been almost 90 days since the specified timeframe, and I am still struggling to obtain my deposit. I have made numerous attempts to reach out to customer care and my area manager, Abdul (Contact Number: [protected]), in the hopes of expediting the process, but I have only received updates indicating that the deposit has not yet been returned by the owner.
While I understand that they are awaiting the owner's compliance in returning the deposit, I believe that, as the owner is also under contract with Nestaway, there must be measures that can be taken to facilitate a more expedient resolution.
I also had a talk with the owner personally and he claims that he has returned the deposit back to nestaway so even I'm not really sure now that who is lying here and who is telling the truth but since I booked it through nestaway, I'm holding them accountable for this.
I even reached out to the senior management at Nestaway but no one is concerned enough to take an action against this or even reply to the emails.
Must say Nestaway has a really bad customer services in terms of post sales :(
