Nestwood Estates — flat booking

My Name is Ashish Saha, and I too had booked a 2BHK flat with Nestwood Estate Pvt. Ltd in Aug 2014 and has paid Rs 3, 40, 000/- against my flat booking . Since there had been no progress in terms of construction, I opted for refund . The cheque issue to me for the refund has been dishonoured by the Nestwood due to insufficient fund. I was left with no other option but to file a case against the company . We affected victims, of the fraud committed by Nestwood Estate Pvt Ltd. can join hand and proceed through the legal channels against them.
Moreover I have a list of approximately 80 buyers defrauded by the said company.

Nestwood Estate Pvt Ltd, under the guise of launching a mass housing project had published advertisments in the leading dailys (Newspapers) of Kolkata and had attracted numerous buyers in the year 2014 due to the lucrative rate offered. Post five years till date they have not started the construction. Many of the buyers have been requesting for the refund, however they have been denied and deprived of their hard earned money. It is a massive scam to the tune of 5-10 crore committed by the company. Almost all the 200 investors/ buyers are still in the lurch and people are unable to take any legal action against the fraud committed by them, single handedly. I too had booked a flat in the yet 2014 and paid them an amount of Rs 3, 40, 000/- I have been working very hard on the matter and have been able to collect the contact details of approximately 80 buyers defrauded by the above mentioned company. Using the proverb "United we Stand" I would request the victims to come forward and join hands together to claim our hard earned money and get the culprits booked under the law.
