Nestwood Estates — Refund of advanced amount

I have booked a flat with Nestwood Mapple in January, 2016. Till 2019 no progress has been made and I made request for refund of advanced amount in 2018.
In January they promised to refund my advanced amount by June, 2020 but till date they have not refunded the money nor made any communication in this regard.
I demand the refund of my advanced amount.
