Have a reseller account with net4 since past many years.
Lately facing a lot issues.
Have generated a few tickets too but nothing happened.
1. I have been trying to setup / add FTP credentials for a few of my hostings but I am not able to do so.
2. I have transferred rs. 5000/- to my reseller account. The transaction from the banks side and also the order from your side shows complete but the amount did not get credited to my wallet balance.
3. I have initiated a auth code request for a few domains but none of them has been processed.
Please help resolve my issues asap as I am taking this last chance o[censored]sing this forum before filing a complaint with Incan

I have a friend who wishes to transfer out his domain (agarwalagroup.com) but the auth code for the domain is not being received from Net4India. Trouble ticket TT[protected]
8/27/2020 has remained unresolved for many weeks now and no one answers phones or email.
Saddened to see an Indian brand ending this way.Wish there was a way in which the domains there could be transferred out without inconveniencing the owners of the domains.
Have your Domain Transferred??
