[Resolved]  Netplus Broadband — Internet not working since two days

1. That I am customer of Netplus broadband co. and having billing ID No. [protected] in the name of Mr. Madhur Bansal.
2. That my internet is not working since last two days.
3. That i have raise many complaints regarding the same through customer care help line number and "Ticket/Complaint no. was generated vide no.[protected] and[protected], Respectively.
4. That one of my Ticket/ Complaint was closed late night (Email received on 10.35 PM) without resolving the matter, due to which i have again raised a complaint today in the morning.
5. That since yesterday customer care executive is giving me assurance that my problem will be solved within 4 working hour, but till now no one has contacted me and my internet is not working.
