I am Devendra Singh having an insurance policy for my car of New India Assurance, purchased from Policy Bazar with details as follows:

Recently my car got into an accident, the reason was, a group of bulls suddenly came on the road and my car hit them. And I got an emergency break, a truck hit from the back at the same time.
But the surveyor Mr. Sunil Yadav (Mobile: [protected]) came and said we can give you a claim only for the back part that was hit from the back because the front is not relevant to the accident.
it's only your arbitrariness. I fully insured my car with this company.
