New Tech Solution — Issue on servicing of mobile phone

I own a Xiomi Redmi 1s phone which is under warranty. In July it had some charging issues. I have given it to the above service centre the 3rd time now. Every time they keep the phone with them for more than 15 days. This time again they have told that they will take more than 15 days to solve the same problem. This centre is run in a very unprofessional wasy. There are no seniors to escalate the issue. The never pick up their landline numbers. We have to visit the centre to know the status of repairs. There are innumerable such cases at this centre where the phone is kept for more than 15 days and it comes back the 2nd or 3rd time bcos it is not serviced properly
