Hi, there are many people facing issues with below given service center new tech solution. Address: 211, vardhaman market, sector 17, opp andhra bank, vashi - 400703... 10:00-18:00. Service centerphone number: [protected] i have myself (Gangaram keshav mestry) given my moto g2 gen mobile with my worked order no vzi/mg/16/00343 and is pending since last 1 month. The major challenge is they do not attend calls and since last one month just stating that will we revert back there are other issues and always giving vague reasons. There is no costumer centricity amongst the people working over there. I am really pissed of and now over a month my warranty for mobile would be lapsed but they have not yet repaired or reverted with solution. I have been hearing daily complaints from the people who visit the service center. I would request you to have a action to be taken against this center.
