Nexa — Defective repair of car and unprofessional behaviour of service centre personnel | |||
I have Maruti Suzuki Ignis Zeta Petrol Manual. It was bought on September 2020. My car has met an accident on 13th of June 2021 and it was taken to Beekay Auto service centre in Burdwan. They have taken 1.5 months to repair the car and charged Rs 152000/- to the insurance company. After delivery of the car I found a huge colour mismatch and multiple defects of interior work. I have returned the car again for correction of the same. They have taken another one week. When I received the car I found that they totally destroyed the shiny body colour with repeated polishing or something. And the interior defects remained same. Brake and acceleration are not working smooth like before.They had forced me repeatedly to give excellent rating. I have tried multiple times to contact them, but they are not responding at all. I'm suffering with Beekay Auto Pvt ltd sales and services from the very beginning. Kindly look into the matter and take some immediate action. Was this information helpful? | |||
