Hi, I had booked the above car on 24/7/2017 at "amar cars - nexa - vadodara - (Dealer code: 22nb) Before booking i had visited on 07/7/2017 and from the very first day it has been informed them several time that i am very much keen to get the car exactly on 17th oct-17 (As dhantaras day) and they were fully confirmed no issue for that. This is my first car and as i am belonging in middle class family so keeping the value of family i had arranged the visit of my seniors and other family members as on oct-17. Every month i had close contact with them and every time they had confirmed me the date of delivery as per my choice. But on 9th oct-17 they had suddenly informed me that i would not been received the car on 17th oct-17 as for me the car had not been allocated as per the list they had received on 7th oct-17 from maruti - nexa group. I feel really surprised by this story explained to me and feel fully faithless on maruti group. My question is 1) why they had misguided me in every conversation? 2) even in the booking requisition form also they had mention the delivery date as 17th oct-17; then how this story took place? 3) who will take care the pain of the senior aged persons those are emotionally got heart? 4) is this the way trained nexa dealer people to handle their customer in such a bad manner I want the proper explanation for this situation and also want know that what kind of action will be taken to this"fraud" dealer Was this information helpful? | |||
