Nexa — Problem in engine of baleno

I have purchased maruti baleno in feb 2020,
Around a week back suddenly car get stopped then with the help of crane
I approaches to prem motors palam vihar Gurgaon. They said chamber located
near engine of the car is broken
They filed my insurance claim.
Insurance company i.e TATA AIG denied for claim under justification that it is fault
of company.
This is my 3rd car from maruti and i faced this issue first time, it is very disappointing for me
Requesting you to please help me out and conduct technical enquiry of my car and
find out the glitch, it might also harm the driver.
Requesting you to please look into this matter and replace my car OR
If replacement not possible, born the repair cost.
