Nexa — Vehicle not delivered | |||
Dear Sir/Madam This is unacceptable from Varun Nexa booked car on 18th Jan and dates keep on postponed already 5 weeks completed, i am not confident with nexa Varun, yesterday you told me 19th feb it will be dispatched and again today you are telling dispatch on 22nd or 24th Feb, again ur expecting on 24th to come to postpone the dates and you will tell me the manufacturer keeps on extend the dates, it keeps on extending to dispatch, Finally i am the fool i have to wait for some body mistake. During time of booking Mr. Keshav communicated to me 4 weeks vehicle will be delivered so i proceeded to book other wise i would have left the same day he would have told me the waiting period is more( Customer is just fooled here) Also after booking no communication form sales team about booking when i called no response from sales person then i visited the showroom to get updates and no proper updates provided so i have asked nexa customer care about my allotment and i did not complain about dealer. Next day call came form MR. Ramesh and verbally harassing me why i sent email to Nexa customer service this make me more frustrated. Also as a customer i have all rights to escalate please inform this your sales person, if some things goes wrong and some thing not right, because i am not taking your car for free. this matter i will escalate to Maruti Suzuki, i need to know exact reason why delivery is delayed is is from Maruti or form dealer Dear Nexa Customer care, you are in CC please justify my waiting time is it a delay from Maruti Suzuki or dealer.
