Nexgen Solutions Mahindra Dealership Ranchi — Scorpio s6/ complain about not getting response for my honor book

I purchased scorpio s6 (named - shivdass verma) on 9th may 2016, till now they are not provide me the honor book of this vachile, once i call them they told to talk this person and giving mobile number, once i call to that number he is not picking, once i talk to reception, receptionist told to wait for few days,
I am fed up of this services of nexzen solution mahindra, ranchi.
Now on wards i am not going to purchase any vachile from this dealer.

Still they are not responding, about my honor book
