Nielit — fee deducted to my account but status shows pay again

Sir,
My name is abhishek i fill a ccc form from nielit
I pay the fee using paytm upi
Reference number[protected]
Money deducted from my bank and credit to nielit account
But in the fee slip they ask again pay your fee but i already pay the fee
I contact to nielit but no body responds
I send e-mail to nielit but no response
Sir tell me what i do
