Nielit — fee of ccc deducted from my bank account by bob gramin bank debit card but application form shows "not paid"

Sir, last 23 june i filled the ccc form and paid the fee. While doing so suddenly server error happened and the fee is deducted twice from my bank account. I only want the extra fees back that is rs 590.
