Nielit — fee refund for double payment

I, Prabha Devi, submitted an exam form for CCC. I paid my reg. fees two times on Oct. 28 because first transaction that paid via Google pay UPI, was not confirmed. So I had paid second payment to complete my exam form. Pls refund first payment in my bank account.
