Nielit — fees

I have filled the form completely and paid total fees by upi mode transaction having transaction id hdf6eb61ba6dfa841b08487ea1d4d541e88
My application number is goccc4953772
But my application form is showing that my fees is still not submitted.
The money left the account but my fees has not been deposited.
Please help me
The transaction is dated 11 september 2018
Now i have to make sure that my fee is deposited as the last day to deposit fees is 30 september.
Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
