Nielit — payment refund

Hello my name is shwetal agrawal i filled form for ccc date 22 nov 2018, application no.- goccc5242581. I made payement through upi, upi ref id[protected], but status shows there is no payment done
I have attached the upi transaction screen short.
Then again i pay through card then status shows paid
I want my first transaction back, i am
A student and that is much for me.
Please help me
