Nielit — Refund Fee paid for CCC using BHIM upi

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Ankit Kumar Dixit. Please refund my fees I paid using BHIM upi.
Sir I paid fee on 31 January 2021 (Every month cycle) ccc nielit online using BHIM upi. Payment deducted from my sbi account but fees not show in the form status.
i again paid fee using SBI debit Card and Again fee deducted again and status updated..
So, Sir my request is that my fees refund that i pay using BHIM Pay UPI
