This is Anshu Kumar, my wife is the owner of the Nissan Magnite (UP78GK6737) purchased on 14 January 2021 around 16000 km driven till now. Car started facing Head Light & Driver's side window motor from October 2022, Head Light's High Beam gets stopped when we drive car on Highways and we have to drive car on low bean to reach the destinations and some time Window's mirror get stuck while driving. Due to my job's nature I could not get time to visit the service centers to check these things at the same time because it takes whole day for checkups, finally I send the car in January 2022 at Roshan Nissan service center, Jaipur and complained about Window issue and Head Light issue and my car was in under warranty, they did not diagnose the issue properly and they did some "Jugad work" on both of issue like Head Light Fuse & Switch of Window updown. They did not inform me that Head Light has some issues because of Fuse is not compatible and window's motor has some issues, they did some "Jugad work" and delivered my car, again I faced the same issue in April 2023 during a trip on Highways, I came back and parked the car & went out of state for work because I had to go out of state for work, when I came back and drive the car again I faced the same issue Head Light & Window's Glass is not going down, In June's 2nd week I went to Service center and informed about the issues so they start telling me that you need to change the Window's motor and Both of the head lights at this time my warranty is over so I paid for Window's Motor and requested to fix the head light without changing them completely if possible because both lights would cost around 45000. They did some thing on my Headlight and fixed that at that time and I paid all the bills and came to home then we had to drive the car on 2nd July from Jaipur to Kanpur, during the journey our Head light's high beam stopped working after running around 350 km at night and we had to drive the car on low beam for coming 200 km with my whole family. When I came to Kanpur I reached RNG Nissan Service Center and informed about the issue of Head Light that my car's High Beam & AC is not working only Low beam is working when I handover the car, they did checkup and after some days they told me that your Right side's head light should be changed then the issue will be resolved & you need to pay for that then I contacted Roshan Nissan VKI about the issue and they told me that this car has the head light issue because Fuse & Head light's are not compatible that's why your high beam stopped working again & again (this is issue is with the cars which are made between December 2020 to January 2021). You will have to change the both of the lights. Kanpur's service center & Jaipur's Service center's technicians are informing me that lots of cars has the same issues so they simply change the Headlights under warranty but in my case when my car was in under warranty they did not informed that your Headlights are not good and you need to change them now my warranty is over then they start telling me that you need to change the headlights and you will have to pay even Nissan delivered cars with manufacturing issues with the Headlights and Window's motors. I am requesting Nissan India to please change my Headlights without taking money because I informed the issues when my car was under warranty and your technicians did not diagnosed the issue completely and they did only Jugad work on my car for defective Headlights provided by Nissan India my car is only driven near about 16000 km and its new car and issues are coming back to back. If this issue will not be resolved from Nissan India management, I will forcefully have to file the complain on Consumer Forum. I tried to contact customer care, official twitter account of Nissan India even I tried to contact Rakesh Srivastava (MD of Nissan India) but no once is helping me out. I am requesting all of you please help me out by replacing Defective Headlights of Nissan Magnite without taking money because lots of complaints are coming from car owners for Head Lights & Driverside's Mirror motor issue as per Jaipur & Kanpur Service center's technicians informed me when I asked for these issues for other cars and they told me that they are replacing the parts under warranty if consumer comes under warranty. That means sames issues are coming for other magnite cars within 2 years and I informed them about my issues when my car was under warranty and my car is only 16000 km driven near about and issues are coming. My main concern is to change my both headlights without charging me and refund the amount for the window motor ( Paid in June 2023) & current inspection and labor charges for current visit (car is still at RNG Motors service center kanpur). I also took my car at Roshan Nissan Service Center Malviya Nagar Jaipur on 10/08/2022 for AC issue (Rats entered into AC Compartment), they Fix the issue at that time but AC stops working some time too that means they did not work on AC completly because issues comes again & again. I have supportive documents to present and I am sending some of them. I hope Nissan India will resolve my concern and fix the issues for the defective parts.
