Nissan Motors — faulty brakes in nissan terrano - no solution even after talk

I purchased terrano back in 2015, i was very excited to be a nissan customer as they offer great product and service this is what i thought of. My dealership was in agra as i am agra, uttar pradesh based resident. It wasn't soon when we started realising that the brakes have started losing their grip, we had two incidents where we dodged the death. Obviously. The company experts were considered to find out the reason behind such a thing. Note, at that point of time car was in warranty but they still charged us for the braked and other stuff. Very soon they also failed and hand brakes were also losing the grip.
