Nissan Motors — Got defected car

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the performance and quality of the Nissan Magnite that I purchased on last year with the Vehicle Identification Number (MH49BW0267). As a loyal Nissan customer, I have always held the brand in high regard, but the recent experience with my Magnite has left me extremely unsatisfied.

I would like to outline the issues I have encountered with the vehicle:

Mechanical Problems: Since the purchase, the vehicle has repeatedly experienced issues like first time I have faced driver side window auto was stopped working then second time stearing wheel was keeping noise and third time Car AC is stopped working. These issues have not only compromised the safety of my family and me but have also resulted in multiple trips to the service center for repairs.

Inadequate Customer Support: I am deeply disappointed by the lack of timely and effective customer support from your service centers. The delays in addressing the issues with my vehicle have inconvenienced me greatly, and I believe this level of customer service is not in line with Nissan's reputation.

Reduced Resale Value: The ongoing mechanical problems have not only affected my driving experience but have also significantly reduced the resale value of the vehicle. This has caused a financial setback and further frustration.

I kindly request the following actions to be taken:

Thorough Inspection: I urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of my vehicle to identify and rectify all the mechanical issues that have been plaguing it.

Timely Resolution: I expect prompt and effective action to address the problems with my vehicle. This includes providing a detailed timeline for repairs and keeping me informed throughout the process.

Compensation for Inconvenience: Considering the numerous trips to the service center, the inconvenience caused, and the reduction in resale value, I request fair compensation for my time, efforts, and the diminished value of the vehicle.

Improved Customer Support: I strongly suggest a review of your customer support procedures to ensure that other Nissan customers do not face the same level of frustration and disappointment that I have.

I am hopeful that you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take the necessary steps to resolve the issues I have outlined. As a loyal customer, I believe in the quality and reputation of Nissan and hope to see my faith restored through a satisfactory resolution.
