In 2014 (around jul aug) I took my car for front brake noise. Dealer kept the car for full day and delivered the car in the evening telling me that there was dust in the brakes and that was the reason for the noise. Next day itself the brake noise again started coming. I called up the dealer and they again called my car, did something and returned my car. The problem was still there. I took my car again and again several times but the problem was not solved. In Oct 2014 the dealership advised me to get the brake disc and few other brake parts changed. They told me that the problem will definitely be fixed. I got the parts changed which costed me around Rs 10000. The car's odometer reading was 38000 km then. After the parts replacement also the brake noise didnt go away at all. The dealership has called my car several times since then but the problem is still there as it is. I have called the General manager (service) Mr Michael several times but never got a proper response. I have even registered many complaints at Nissan's customer service but there hasn't been any resolution.
