Dear Sir,
I am a user of Nissan sunny car, The car is under warranty but the ac is stopped working, i visited the service center Neo Niassan in sector 3 noida they said we do not have the electrician here please visit the other branch in sector 63 noida. i visited there they said that the compressor of the ac is not working we have to replace this . i told them that car is under warranty please replace the faulty part . Now they set a example of pathetic after sale service they asked me to wait for 15 day and meet there manager his told me that it might take 1 month as well he cannot assured the time. It seems that they want to replace the part in warranty . now my question is to Nisaan ceo that is the commitment this company made to the india buy's who are spending there hard earn money in Nissan because this is the well known brand . i thing if they cannot fulll fill the commitment they should not play with the customer emotion's.please help me to get this issue resolved.
