Namaste, niveshicon has made me calling several times that they provide 80% accuracy in trading. So i opt for registration on 12th aug. They had provide me welcome letter on 22nd aug in which t&c mentioned were different from their executive words. I had written to niveshicon and informed about the miscommunication.
A) company norms is to provide all levels in writing by sms or messenger but i have never received. They calls me everytime and provide me levels which cause losses.
B) as i have complaint against their staffs, their intention was to make loss of my capital. They have taken my demat id & password and bidding in a call where the loss was 90% of total capital.
C) they are not adhering to sebi guidelines and their own guidelines.
This company should be banned for making fraud to their customers.
