Hi, I'm a Tata Docomo GSM Prepaid customer, I've activated caller tune for a monthly rental of Rs.36/- and song selection charge of Rs.20/-. I've activated this service for hearing my favorite songs to my callers, but now the complaint is TataDocomo is playing Advertisement before my Caller Tune. I want to stop this promo before my caller tune. I've complained twice regarding this in the customer care but your customer care representatives are very rude and didn't respond well. I recorded this conversation and am very disappointed. They said they cant do this. As a customer am paying the rent for hearing the song, not to hear the promo of the service provider. my number is [protected].
