As per the money back plan, if we rent out our premises on our own then they have to provide money back of 6499. During initial conversation we had informed rent of 8000 is fixed and advance can be negotiable as we have to give it back to tenant. So we had fixed[protected] rent and advance is negotiable, but they suggested 70000 so, we told ok for the same. More over after getting tenant from our-side i sent the rental agreement (Just for reference as it was an unsigned scanned copy) of 8000 rent and advance for 60000, as advance was negotiable. But they told it should 70000, then only they can give back the amount, so as the tenant had not occupied yet we discussed and increased the advance to 70000. And we sent the signed copy of rental agreement, which they are telling it cannot be considered as this is a second document. When the agreement was unsigned, how can they consider it as first document? This is such a fraud company. Please provide a justice.
