I visited a property through No Broker at Himagiri Green Forest Apartment, 7th Phase, JP Nagar in January 2024 and was okay with it. The relationship manager asked me to immediately pay Rs.10, 000 as token amount which I paid on 01st February 2024. However, my family had a change of plans and I communicated to the relationship manager that I will not be able to move into that property and need more time. However, I have not got refund of the token amount paid till date. This is very wrong on the part of the company. As there was no agreement signed and the terms and conditions did not mention that the token amount is non-refundable, I must get my Rs.10, 000 back.
