Created my account with no broker more than a year ago. At that time i faced issues with the payment and they said you were facing a system issue because of which you guys will be refunding me the money back in few days. I accepted it. The second time i tried the site, the same issue happened. I still accepted. Now, yesterday i received a call from one of their representatives, stating that there is no issue in your systems and that i c an now make the payment and i will receive all the details immediately, i made the payment today morning and i got a confirmation on sms and e mail about it. I checked for property details on the site and i received a notification saying that every number i have requested for will be sent to my email and mobile, 45 minutes passed and i called the customer service, a male rep spoke to me and told me he has escalated the matter and that i will receive the details within an hour on the contact number registered and he read out my number. After one hour i called again, and another female rep tells me that i cant get the details because my account is not activated and that the money will be refunded to me. I spoke to the manager aman who is absolutely useless. He too couldnt help.
How can they call customers and ask them to make payments when their acccount is not activated?
Why has my account not been activated for more than a year?
If my account was not activated, how did the otheer rep read out my number and details?
If my account was not activated, why would the site show that the details are being forwarded to my number and email? And note - the number and email id mentioned were mine and correct. Was this information helpful? |
