Noida Police — Corruption

I cant understand where to complain regarding these corrupted police constables, the up government is already paying them a lot, but still that are causing threat to the general public. While entering from delhi to noida from mayur vihar side, those standing on the cut to sector 15, stop public use abusive language, and wihout any reason ask 5000rs only because of empty beer bottle is in the car. I dont think putting empty beer bottle in car is crime, if we are not drunk. Those were harrasing public today on 20th march, kinldy call me on this number [protected], for further details. I request noida police to kinldy take strict action against them.They think we cant do anything, we are the general public. I guarantee, the undergarments of their mothers and sisters are of our money, which they extort everyday.I know, even after writing this complain, no one will do anything.
