Noise introduced a offer for their new buds n1 a prebooking pass which was costing about 100rs and the benefit was that the buds n1 would cost us 699. The code was to be sent to us by noise on 27th feb 2024 but failed to do so i contacted them but there wqs no response. I contacted them today i.e. 28th feb 2024 snd they are refusing to refund or giving us the product at the promised price of 699 and they are blaming Amazon for the price and asked us to call amazon customer service and the amazon representative said it's fault of noise.
