I received a defective smartwatch from noise which resets by itself and after troubleshooting from the company customer-care and technical side it resets again and again now they say as per the cheap company policy they will only repair and send me the product which I am not in favor of I need a refund or replace of the same . what's the point to buy such expensive smartwatch which resets by itself and every time I have to loose my data … I need a full refund of the same... if not I will take this further and file a case against noise.com (noise smartwatch company).
