I Purchase Phone Nokia Lumia 730 on 16/12/2014 (EMI No. [protected]) and having some problem since beginning such that during call my phone again call back the same no., visit service centre thrice and every time they say it is software problem and update my phone, after that when problem increase i.e. previous problem + apps back to home screen while using then i submit my phone on 8/07/15 again (Jobsheet No. 150708/016) and they say me that phone goes to head office, after 27 days my phone comes with swap motherboard ( EMI No. [protected]) it is defective mother board and my problem become huge such that my phone going to hang or freeze 10 times a day ( calling time touch do not work, freeze, some time no network show, apps not back, 3g not work, gmail id contact not save, not able to shutdown the phone, call not disconnected), i visit several time between 20 days to service centre and they give different type of solutions to me every time i.e. say your memory card having virus and format it, update 3 times software, not use on 3G means if phone not receive proper frequency of sim then this phone not work on 3G and got hang, not use Data service and use on WIFI and lastly they say not use internet i.e. no WIFI no Data and check, change my phone touch also once.
Nor any solution helps me and when i got fully frustrated then they again deposit my phone and reply it has to send again to H.O. (Job Sheet No.[protected]/150827/001)
I am not able to understand that is this the way of handling your valuable customer.
I purchase your phone after having confidence on your extreme goodwill in market but i am fully dissatisfied with the service.
I want my phone back with proper solution as i am not going to tolerate all this again.

My Question is when i reported several time to Service Centre that my phone is having Serious Problem then what are they observing last seven Days, they again planning to repair my Handset with old Mother Board or Repaired one and when i register complaint they simply transfer the case to H.O.
I want no compromises, company gave me defective Phone and i need a New Phone or returned my Money Back otherwise it will not Complete here and i go to higher level.
