Nokia Care — Service Issue

Hi I have been using my lumia 535 from last 6-8 months. Last time I faced an issue regarding my loud speaker, I went to the Nokia Care which is in Kottayam, Kerala, India.. Once they rectified it later on I faced the same problem and when I took it back they where like now there is no service here, you have to take it to ernakulam. As suggested I went to ernakulam POOVATH INTERNATIONAL and reported my complaint and they told it will take 1 week time. I have done my service on 27/10/15. Now again I am facing the same problem. I don't know why the company is starting so. Hereby I would share the details of my bill Name: Abo Sunny Invoice no: 5302 & 5303 I did this from POOVATH INTERNATIONAL Door No. CC 41/4108 B11 & B12, Kurian Tower, Banerji Road Opp. Saritha Theatre, Ernakulam.
