Nokia — Defect TV sent and no response

Hi,
I ordered nokia 65 inch smart tv from flipkart and it has 2 issues
a. TV hangs while operating
b. TV automatically restarts many times in a day
It is hardly 10 days old and started complaining before return period was closed. But bythe time technician came return window was closed and technician is saying it did reset and issue still persists and go and deal with nokia. I have complained customer care more than 50 times but they stopped responding and disconnects calls. I called flipkart and raised complaint but still of no help.
I never expected Nokia being such a brand will provide customer experience like this, i have invested 60000 rupees on the tv which is of a defect product and the company is not at all bothered to respond properly.
Can someone please help me with this either by replacing the defect product or by refunding the money that i spent on this TV. I feel Redmi/Mi has better service comared to this branded products.
