My nokia 5.1 plus has loose charging problem under warranty.in service center they took my phone and went inside and what they did i don't know for more than 1 hour and said your phone had liquid damage, i was shocked i never ever even let liquid spill on it. He charged me ₹952. According to the the rules mentioned in the invoice, products should be dismantled in front of customer and the faulty parts should be given to the customer but neither of these two happened. I request nokia stop practicing such fraud and refund my money. Or in future me and family will not be able to trust nokia nor be able to recommend anyone. I've attached photo copy of the invoice below

Updated by mdintekhabalam12 I request you kindly read the instructions point 4 in invoice. There is clearly mentioned job carried out in front of customer. Old parts returned. Neither of the two happened. I want to know how this complaint marked as resolved. Now again I'm providing invoice photo copy and jobsheet copy. I want justice and this is not only my complain but there are people with same issue. I want my money back
